Paralleljustiz in Deutschland?
Hassan Allouche lebt in Berlin-Neukölln und ist das Gesetz – zumindest für viele muslimische Bewohner des Stadtteils. Der Film begleitet ihn, wie er als Friedensrichter von einem Konflikt zum nächsten eilt und z. B. dabei hilft, einen Familienstreit beizulegen. Er hat auch schon bei einem Fall von Schutzgelderpressung eingegriffen. Nur wenn es um schwere, meist körperliche Delikte geht, lehnt er jede Hilfe ab.
Wir erfahren, wie der „Richter ohne Robe“ zu diesem inoffiziellen Ehrenamt gekommen ist und wie er selbst seine Aufgabe innerhalb der Gesellschaft sieht. Er geht dabei auch auf das deutsche Rechtssystem ein und betont, dass er keine Konkurrenz zu diesem darstellen wolle.
Genau das ist jedoch oftmals der Fall, wenn es um die sogenannten Friedensrichter geht. So kommen neben Heinz Buschkowsky, dem ehemaligen Bürgermeister von Neukölln, eine Reihe von Kritikern zu Wort, die aufzeigen, wie die entstandene Paralleljustiz eine Aufklärung von Verbrechen erschweren oder gar unmöglich machen kann.
Gemeinsam mit dem umfangreichen Unterrichtsmaterial (klassische und interaktive Arbeitsblätter, Testaufgaben, Lehrtexte etc.) ist der Film sehr gut für den Einsatz im Unterricht geeignet.

You can see how a journalistic interview is conducted and what the photographer must consider when taking a press photo. Back in the editorial office, the editor’s work is illustrated, which includes the page layout and the writing of an online article in today’s time. Impressive pictures from the printing centre depict the process from the digital page to the finished newspaper.
