Hermann Wilhelm Goering, born in Rosenheim on 12th January 1893, was a leading National Solcialist politician.
He possessed many of the talents required to become a man of power. Goering was a powerful public speaker, an excellent host and a skilled leader of men. At the Nazi war criminals trial in Nuremberg Hitler’s brutal Reich Marshal was to become the principal defendant.
