Flächensätze III
Das Quadrat einer Kathete ist genauso groß wie das Produkt der Hypotenuse mit dem zugehörigen Hypotenusenabschnitt.
Diesen Lehrsatz formulierte und bewies Euklid von Alexandria.
Mit diesem Wissen lässt sich etwa die erforderliche Länge eines Dachbalkens berechnen oder auch die Länge von Befestigungsseilen an einem Sendemast.
Der Film leitet zunächst den Kathetensatz her und stellt die Beweisführung anschaulich dar.
In einem zweiten Teil wird sodann das erworbene Wissen in unterhaltsam animierten Aufgaben angewandt und vertieft.
In Verbindung mit dem Zusatzmaterial (klassische und interaktive Arbeitsblätter, Glossar, kommentierte Linkliste) lässt sich die DVD hervorragend im Unterricht einsetzen.
