Human Liver
Structure and Function
Normally you do not feel it, it does not beat like the heart, neither can we feel it like the lungs when we breathe in and out – nevertheless, it is one of our most important organs: the liver.
According to old Germanic interpretations, the liver is supposed to be the seat of life. And traditional Chinese medicine considers it not only an organ for metabolism, but the seat of the soul. The German idiom for the English question asked to a cross person “What’s eating you” is about ”What louse crawled over your liver?” In the above context this seems quite apt.
Bur whether it is the seat of life or soul, the liver is certainly a multi-talent. More than 200 functions are attributed to it when it comes to supplying our body with food or eliminating foreign substances from it.

He likes going to the school where he lives. Here, his best friend sits next to him. Max Dimpflmeier, a teacher who is severely deaf, explains that school life is not easy. Quote Max Dimpflmeier: "You don't want to attract attention, you want to avoid saying that it is necessary for you that 70 people adjust to your situation." People on their way to inclusion.
