Hanf, auch als Cannabis bekannt, gehört zu den ältesten Kulturpflanzen. Während er heute zumeist als Rauschmittel und mit Begriffen wie Gras, Marihuana oder Hasch assoziiert wird, galt er einst als Heil- und Nahrungsmittel und als Rohstoff zur Papier- und Textilverarbeitung.
Der Film zeigt den Aufbau der Hanfpflanze und beschreibt, wie einst Gutenberg seine erste Bibel auf Hanfpapier druckte und die Segel von Kolumbus‘ Schiffen aus Hanf gefertigt waren. Ebenso beschreibt er den Einsatz von Hanf in Form von Mehl und Öl, oder als Zusatz in Lacken oder Dämmstoffen.
Als Medizin ist Cannabis zugelassen und bedarf eines streng kontrollierten Anbaus. Tim Skrezka, Mitarbeiter bei Auroa Europe, erklärt aus der Praxis die heilende Wirkung von THC und CBD – warnt jedoch eindrücklich vor den Gefahren von Cannabis als Suchtmittel, indem er das Zusammenspiel von Bewusstsein und Droge aufzeigt.

The film is aimed at supporting the use of podcasts at school and encourages making them. This also requires the ability to find information on the Internet and assess it. The film informs on the functionality of podcasts and technical background as well as on the teaching and learning possibilities offered by podcasts – ranging from specific contents to superordinate learning targets such as the advancement of creativity and team spirit.
